Replacement Policy

At KCS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer replacements under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Replacement

  • Wrong item delivered (different style, size, or color)
  • Defective or damaged product (manufacturing defect)
  • Size issue (too small or too big) – within 7 days of delivery

⏳ Time Frame

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Products that have been worn or used
  • Damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Specially customized or sale items
  • Products without original packaging and tags
  • Items returned after 7 days

How to Request a Replacement

  2. Share your Order Number and photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the process.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and send the replacement.

Note: Replacement is subject to product availability. In case the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
